You'll provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures each child's social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development. Responsibilities Creates lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levels Document learning experience through displays and pictures Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families daily Maintains a safe, comforting, and stimulating environment for toddlers Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous experience in a preschool environment Verbal, solid communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels at speaking to parents Energetic, nurturing, upbeat, child-friendly personality Shows initiative; strong work ethic High school diploma Benefits: 12 paid holidays (NEW YEARS DAY, MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.
