Solutions Engineer

Position Summary: The Solutions Engineer is responsible for acting as a strategic technology advisor, partnering with clients to align their IT strategies with business goals and ensuring seamless IT solution implementation for improved efficiency, security, and growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Solutions Engineer will: Be actively engaged in a professional growth plan. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategic IT plans that align with their objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for all technology-related matters. Create IT assessment reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring they deliver quality services and products that meet client needs, as well as support, training, and incentives for MTC. Assist clients in developing and managing IT budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and data security. Work closely with internal teams, including engineers, support staff, and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Work collaboratively to develop, validate, and document the MapleTronics technology stack with the goal of creating simple, modular solutions to solve many client problems.
