ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support our team in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at boosting brand awareness and driving sales. Working closely with the marketing team, you will ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget. You'll assist the Marketing Manager in implementing projects across multiple entities: World Changers Church International (WCCI), World Changers Church New York (WCCNY), Creflo Dollar Ministries (CDM), and Taffi Dollar Enterprises (TDE). PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support marketing with collateral, event logistics, budgeting, and invoicing. - Create templates for recurring tasks. - Assist in producing and writing marketing materials (emails, brochures, web content, etc.). - Coordinate events and provide on-site support. - Manage email campaigns and track metrics. - Use automation tools to build landing pages and emails. - Collaborate on website updates and customer journey sequences. - Prepare proposals, presentations, and performance reports. - Represent the Marketing Manager as needed. - Process invoices and organize tasks across platforms (Outlook, BaseCamp, etc.). - Ensure streamlined communications for all departments. - Coordinate volunteer photographers and social media for events. - Support social media live events. - Manage Eventbrite and MobileCause setups. - Compile contact lists for outreach campaigns. SKILLS: Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Marketing. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks and has a willingness to learn. Ability to work under general supervision. Must be able to multi-task. Must have strong written and communication skills. Must have a certain degree of creativity and latitude. Must possess a passion for solving problems. Must have the ability to be inspired during time-sensitive deliverables. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 1-2 years of marketing experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field EQUIPMENT TO BE USED: Office Equipment (Telephone, Fax, Copier, Computer, etc.) WORKING CONDITIONS: Fast paced office environment
