Payroll & Benefits Coordinator You will take ownership of: Collecting, organizing, and preparing all payroll information for a complex weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls Coordinating digital collection and processing of timesheets for non-exempt employees. Reviewing new hire paperwork for completion and accuracy Updating payroll records by entering all new hires, rehires, terminations, partial pays, compensation changes, benefits changes, and personnel updates into ADP Workforce Now Processing payroll preview report, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy of all payroll information Coordinating and maintaining employee personnel and benefits records Managing monthly consulting invoices and reconciliations Running payroll related, month-end and ad hoc reports Reconciling all benefit invoices on a monthly basis Preparing and managing all employment verifications as needed. Answering all inquiries and requests regarding payroll and benefits via email and phone. General benefit administration Preparing and assisting with all internal and external audits. Quarterly tax reconciliations Working on ad hoc payroll & benefits projects & assignments as needed We expect you to have: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience processing multi-state payrolls for 300+ employees ADP experience required; Preferred experience with ADP WFN Experience working with weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls Must have extremely high quality standards and be able to consistently deliver quality output Must be extremely high detail orientated Must be able to establish and follow standard processes to ensure consistent, error-free output is produced Must be able to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner by exercising extreme discretion Solid Microsoft Office skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis, variance analysis, filters and conditional formatting) Must have excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as a team member Must have good time management skills and the ability to multi-task Knowledge of Federal, State & Local tax laws is required. Willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet payroll processing deadlines. Must exhibit a sense of urgency regarding client sourcing. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. The base salary range for this position is: $108,000 - $132,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
