Stein Sperling is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactional Attorney to support and collaborate with our Business Group in the areas of leasing, commercial real estate transactions, and financing. This role involves working with diverse clientele, including businesses, commercial real estate developers, commercial lenders, tenants, and landlords across the Washington Metropolitan area and beyond. Qualifications: 4-6 years of related real estate experience. Expertise in commercial real estate transactions, including the preparation and negotiation of purchase/sale agreements and commercial leases. Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts, commercial loan and financing documents, entity formation, and the drafting of operating agreements for real estate entities. Excellent research, organizational, communication, presentation, and legal writing skills with a high level of attention to detail Current ability to practice law in Maryland and/or the ability to sit for the Maryland bar is required; Virginia and DC bar recommended.
