Job Description: Work locations - Central and Northern NJ Maintenance Worker Responsibilities: • Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. • Handling basic medical office repairs and maintenance. • Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary. • Responding to maintenance service request. • Repairing/assembling medical equipment, furniture, as necessary. • Assist with relocations, office openings, shuttling equipment/supplies between locations. Maintenance Worker Requirements: • Basic knowledge of electric, plumbing, painting, and item assembly. • High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or technical college. • Knowledge in safe use of hand and power tools. • Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts. • Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches. • Strong organizational and follow up skills. • Attention to detail & proactive. • Professional presentation and attitude. • Ability to maintain focus while working individually and understand when to ask for assistance. • Strong time management skills. • Drivers License
