Join us in helping to create positive outcomes in our community. We're hiring a full-time Asset Manager for our Multifamily Housing Division. As an Asset Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission, driving the success of key programs that impact the community. Your role will involve: Conducting independent Management and Occupancy Reviews and Compliance Monitoring Reviews, ensuring program integrity and effectiveness. Administering NH Housing's Regulatory Agreements, Land Use Restriction Agreements, and other vital regulatory documents, keeping everything aligned with our mission and standards. Collaborating with property owners and management agents, acting as their main contact to ensure seamless program execution and compliance for our multifamily housing initiatives. Analyzing financial risks and exposures for properties in the multifamily portfolio, assessing everything from operating budgets to debt coverage ratios, vacancy losses, and more, while providing key recommendations on troubled properties. Your experience, skills, and education should include: Ability to understand and interpret State and Federal statutes and regulations and regulatory documents. General knowledge of accepted accounting principles. Ability to apply logic and complex layers of rules to analyze and categorize complicated information. See relationships between information in varied forms and from varied sources. Education: eight to nine years relevant work experience, Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred. For training purposes, the first six months of work will be in the office. Intermittent remote work available after that time.
