Risk Management Manager

Job Title: Risk Manager Location: Remote (US EST Time Zone) Contract Duration: 6 months (initially) Client: Kyndryl Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Risk Manager to join our team, specializing in risk management practices. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, possessing strong technical skills, particularly in the SNOW IRM module. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain risk management policies and procedures. Utilize the SNOW IRM module, including ALE and Risk modules, to manage risk assessments and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks. Provide leadership in risk management strategies and frameworks. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management. Proficiency in SNOW IRM module (ALE, Risk module). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work in the US EST time zone. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with NIST/RMF framework. Relevant certifications in risk management (e.g., CISM, CRISC) are a plus. Work Schedule: The resource is expected to work during US EST hours.
