About the role Prepare food items per guest order in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. Prepare food items following recipes and presentation standards. Set up stations for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment. Date and rotate food containers per policies. Monitor inventory, note shortages, and return unused items. Basic understanding of health codes and knife work. Willing and able to absorb teaching/coaching in order to better themselves as a cook. What you bring Minimum two years culinary or related work experience. Must have some form of culinary school or professional food preparation background. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
