Carries out cleansing tasks including cleaning floors, cleaning high touch surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, and cleaning machinery. Deep cleans restrooms, floors, and machinery. This will involve a complete rubdown and giving attention to the often neglected and hard-to-reach spots. Cleans floors using mops and floor scrubbers. Notifies management of facility deficiencies or needs for repairs. Performs adjustments and minor repairs. Stocks and maintains supply room. Provides ongoing support to other team members by assisting those with heavier workloads as time permits. Follows all health and safety regulations. Keeps work area free of obstacles. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent, required. 1-year minimum janitorial experience. Valid driver's license with an acceptable record. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities High attention to detail. Ability to be able to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to be able to communicate effectively. Time management skills. Ability to remain calm under stressful situations. Ability to read and understand MSDS sheets. Ability to adhere to safety requirements. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Frequent pushing and pulling. Frequent squatting. Must be able to access all areas of the facility. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Weller Truck Parts offers competitive hourly wages, based on experience and skills.
