Internal Medicine Physician - Primary Care (House Calls) Location: Brooklyn, NY Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Pay Range: $220,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience (New York Pay Transparency) About Us Our practice in Brooklyn is dedicated to bringing quality primary care directly to patients' homes. We are seeking a compassionate, Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in providing personalized, in-home healthcare to our community. This role offers the unique opportunity to deliver comprehensive care in a home setting, with full support from an experienced team. Position Overview The Internal Medicine Physician will conduct house calls, managing a daily caseload of patients, and will focus on delivering comprehensive primary and preventive care services. This role is designed for a provider who values building strong patient relationships and delivering care where it's needed most. Travel within the Brooklyn area is required. Key Responsibilities Provide primary care and preventive health services directly in patients' homes. Manage a daily caseload of patients. Conduct thorough assessments, create treatment plans, and provide follow-up care in a home setting. Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, and administrative staff to coordinate patient care. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all visits and treatment plans. Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. Active licensure in the state of New York. Strong commitment to patient-centered, in-home care. Ability to travel within Brooklyn to conduct house calls.
