Lead by Executive Chef Matthew Rudofker (James Beard 'Rising Star of the Year' finalist), the menu includes a selection of country hams, raw bar items, and large format meals including the bo ssí¤m, dry aged ribeye, and rotisserie duck. We are currently looking for a full-time Busser to join our FOH team! Some things you'll be doing: Clearing guest tables and anticipating customer needs Maintaining general cleanliness of the dining area Communicate and work collaboratively with both FOH & BOH staff Maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor in a fast paced environment Skills & Requirements At least 1 year of related experience Must possess exceptional work ethic Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Ability to think quickly and anticipate guest needs Must love food and love learning about food High volume restaurant experience preferred Flexibility for both AM and PM shifts is required!
