Greenbrook TMS is now searching for a full-time Regional Account Manager in the Maryland/DC metro region who will be responsible for developing/positioning/marketing Greenbrook as a leader in TMS Therapy and esketamine therapy through development of long-term relationships with key behavioral/mental health providers or other appropriate providers and key accounts. Regional travel is expected to be 75 percent or more. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Developing/positioning Greenbrook as a leader in TMS Therapy through development of long-term relationships with area providers and other referral sources. Engaging and educating healthcare professionals on TMS Therapy and esketamine treatments through superior product knowledge including clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients. Business development including routine review of center specific reporting for the purposes of evaluating trends and strategic tactical development. Generate contacts and sales leads while maintaining relationships with providers and communicating service and development. Achieve and exceed territory goals; drive center performance and ensure patient forecasts meet or exceed expectations. Working with regional management and medical directors to create a business plan with a local strategy focusing on account prioritization and account specific strategies while successfully executing TMS NeuroHealth Centers' global marketing strategy. Providing timely sales updates and presentations focusing on territory strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats including the identification and implementation of the most effective sales strategies for the assigned region. Employ competent administrative management of work hours, referral call data, market changes, communication responses, synchronization, and expense reporting. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of full-time, successful B2B/healthcare/medical sales/marketing experience required. Behavioral/mental Health B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience is strongly desired, but not necessary. Bachelor's Degree. Demonstrated track record of territory growth and exceeding targets. Thorough knowledge of business development and competency in navigating complete sales cycle. A valid driver's license and safe driving record required. Preferred Background: Two or more years interacting with physician offices in a sales capacity. Experience in working with behavioral/mental health or primary care providers is strongly desired. Experience influencing formulary decisions. Experience working with Salesforce preferred, but not required. Skills and Competencies: Strong clinical sales ability is a plus, but not required. Demonstrates effective organizational and communication skills. Self-motivated leader who takes initiative and has the ability to learn, analyze, understand and convey complex information. Demonstrates solid judgment and decision-making capability, time management skills and technical aptitude.
