Save Philly Stores is a growing company that currently has grocery store locations in PA, DE and NJ. We are looking for talented hard working individuals to add to our rapidly growing team. Responsibilities include: Filing all appropriate documentation Communicate with store locations Maintain all bookkeeping reports, spreadsheets, and files Verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances Resolving discrepancies and documentation Assist Corporate Management as necessary Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills and positive attitude Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook Strong ability to carry out job responsibilities in an urgent manner while maintaining accuracy Capable of working independently and cross functionally and being accountable for assigned roles and tasks Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
