Manage the reservation system and seat guests efficiently to maintain proper flow. Provide accurate wait times and communicate with guests regarding table availability. Answer guest inquiries and assist in making their dining experience exceptional. Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth guest transitions and a high level of service.
