Human Resources Analytics Manager Full Time | Day Shift | 40 hours per week Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio is currently seeking a Human Resources Analytics Manager based out of our home office in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will share Our Mission : Creating a better world by serving people in need. The HR Analytics Manager is responsible for data analytics, HRIS, and process improvement initiatives within the Human Resource arena. This position will gather, analyze, and process qualitative and quantitative data within the organization, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement. In addition, this position is responsible for supporting the direction and management of HRIS initiatives, projects, and applications. It participates in the identification and implementation of new modules/functionality and applications, as appropriate, as well as on-going support of existing applications. This position is expected to drive, influence and partner with HR and our end-users to best leverage system and processes currently in place and to drive improvements where necessary. What will I do as a Human Resources Analytics Manager with Lutheran Social Services: Lead, manage and monitor human resources analytics, metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and process improvement efforts. Proactively gather, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and information and prepare relevant reports, dashboards, and/or presentation to generate insights and recommendations in support of the Agency's business objectives. Document and implement process improvements related to policy and/or organizational changes Analyze business processes, reduce redundancies, and identify areas for potential improvement Act as subject matter expert and process owner for HRIS system and reporting. Acts as leads for processes within the HRIS system including but not limited to workflow management and documentation; research and resolution to issues; and recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet new or existing requirements. Leads in analyzing new and/or existing functionality opportunities and makes recommendations on future options. Generates reports and/or queries including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in the development of standard reports for team members and/or customer. Complete regulatory reporting requirements including but not limited to EEO-1, Vets 4212, AAP, and/or ACA. Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Trains customers on new functionality. Leads the testing and implementation of new system processes or enhancements. Other duties as assigned May lead or participate in other analytical tasks and/or projects including but not limited to benchmarking compensation or benefits, participating in compensation market data research, conducting job analysis among other tasks, leading/coordinating open enrollment or vendor implementation/partnerships. Provide support with generalist HR duties as necessary and assigned Requirements for a Human Resources Analytics Manager with Lutheran Social Services: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, management information systems or related field or equivalent level of education and experience. At least 5 years of progressive responsibility in Human Resources with experience in 2 or more of the following areas: HRIS, data analytics, project management, organizational development, compensation and/or benefits. Valid Ohio driver's license, access to reliable insured transportation and ability to meet LSS insurance standards required Solid computer skills with experience in HRIS required with Paycom specific experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in multiple functional areas of Human Resources (employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, etc.) Strong business acumen. Demonstrated experience in data collection, compilation, and analysis. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills Knowledge and/or experience in process improvement initiatives Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information in a concise and understandable manner.
