Basic Functions: The Senior HRIS Analyst will act as the functional and technical subject matter expert for a variety of Crane NXT HR systems including PeopleSoft, UKG, and Taleo. This role will provide system administration and support, lead configuration and testing efforts, and manage small to large scale systems projects. The incumbent will serve as the liaison between business teams, 3rd party vendors, and Crane NXT IT for system integrations, enhancements, bug fixes, and deployment activities. Responsibilities: •HR Application Support: Configure and support a variety of HR systems applications, namely PeopleSoft HCM, UKG Pro and its associated modules, and Taleo ATS Small Business Edition. Other systems support will be provided for the Convergence LMS, Org Vitality for Associate Surveys, and our internal homegrown Intellectual Capital (IC) tool for Succession and Development planning. This role will manage application release management and associated rollout, configuration, and testing activities. •Business Analysis | Project Management: Manage small to large scale enterprise-wide or Business Unit (BU) specific projects, handling all aspects of the project and act as the HRIS subject matter expert. Act as the lead Business Analyst, identifying business and functional requirements, all documentation and testing efforts, and plans for deployment. •HR Transformation: In partnership with the Director of HR Technology, develop and execute our HR Technology Roadmap and Systems Strategy. In addition, working with the Director, develop and execute a Request for Proposal (RFP) for replacement applications for the current HRIS and ATS. •Business Unit (BU) Support: Offer technical guidance to BU systems resources for enhancement requests, best practices related to data entry, queries, and training as needed. Create and update training documentation as needed for delivery to BU teams. •Interfaces: Design, develop, test, deploy, and support downstream system interfaces including Alight for US Benefits, Vanguard for US 401(k), ADP for US Payroll, CSI Stars for Service Anniversaries, and Schwab for Equity. Interface work will be necessary in both PeopleSoft and UKG. •Escalations and Tickets: Provide tier 2 support via SharePoint ticketing system for BU escalations including issue remediation, process guidance, and other associated requests. •Reporting: Create, schedule, and maintain new and existing reports and queries in PS Query and UKG's Cognos BI tool. •Technical Acumen: Maintain awareness of technical trends such as Gen AI, develop creative solutions to support system optimization, streamline routine tasks, and automate processes. •Other: Act as an HRIS subject matter expert for non-HR projects as needed. Act as backup to other HRIS associates. Perform other job duties as assigned or as necessary. Qualifications: •At least three years of HRIS experience or a combination of HRIS and other HR experience in Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, or Talent Acquisition Operations Support. •Dedicated experience with HRIS and ATS systems, namely PeopleSoft, UKG, and Taleo. Other systems that can be substituted for our preferred systems are Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, Dayforce, iCims, Lever, Greenhouse, and JobVite. •Knowledge of Payroll processes both US and international helpful but not required. •Intermediate to expert abilities in Cognos BI or other BI reporting tools like Tableau. •Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, namely Excel (vlookups, pivot tables). •Highly organized with an extreme attention to detail. •Strong data management capabilities. •Ability to think critically. •Strong customer service and communication skills. •Keen interest in HRIS as a career. •Must be flexible and adaptable to change; must be able to keep pace in a fast-paced organization. •Bachelor's Degree in a related field. *Crane NXT is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
