Responsibilities: Collaborate with President: Work closely with the President to set and drive the organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels. Business Development: Design, plan, and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to promote growth and profitability. Identify opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and market penetration. Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures. Team Leadership: Lead our team of professionals, fostering a culture of productivity, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. Financial Stewardship: Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth. Implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning. Inclusive Culture: Build a highly inclusive culture where team members can thrive, and organizational goals are met. Qualifications: Proven experience within our industry, preferably having worked up to an executive role. A unique mix of business and management expertise, along with proficiency in industry practices, policies, and procedures.
