Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecuting repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsQualifications2+ years of Service Technician experience requiredCertifications and experienced with Franchise levels a plusStrong Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair ExperienceMust hold a high school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a fast paced environmentMust have a valid driver's licenseAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
