They will have a demonstrated problem-solving abilities, and proven ability to manage complex and highly visible Talent Acquisition programs. They will work with the Business Leaders at Walbridge to ensure there is alignment with the business strategies. Areas of focus will include: Process Excellence, Tools and Technologies, Demand Planning, Marketing and Branding, Sourcing, University Relations, Talent Assessment and Metrics and Analytics. Along with leading the TA function, this is a hands-on, full cycle recruiting role. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field; or equivalent professional training and experience. Minimum of 10 years in Human Resources to include recruiting professional, engineering and/or technical staff. Advanced knowledge in managing Applicant Tracking Systems. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage others with a positive, solution-oriented perspective. Excellent writing and speaking skills. Able and willing public speaker. Highly organized leader able to anticipate consequences of actions or inaction. Proficient with MS Office and other software applications. Proven track record of driving TA solutions. Knowledge of OFCCP guidelines and Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action plans. Knowledge of HR and employment laws, regulations and best practices.
