Project Overview: Bechtel is seeking to expand its decades-long relationship with Reliance by providing Project Management Consultant (PMC) Services and Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for offsites and utilities (OSBL) for a multi-billion-dollar upgrade / expansion of existing petrochemical facilities in India. Reliance plans to augment its existing petrochemical facilities in Dahej, Gujarat, and Nagothane, Maharashtra, to expand its PVC capacity. The PMC Services will be led out of India with personnel deployed in Mumbai region, the project sites in India, as well as several key contractor locations across India. The EPCM Services for OSBL will be led out of Bechtel's India offices. The positions on the project will start as assignment in Navi Mumbai, Dahej or Nagothane. Job Summary: In this role, you will lead a document, records, and information management (DRIM) team to analyze, recommend, map, and implement work processes through to project completion. You will implement, support and troubleshoot the ECMS (Enterprise Content Management Systems). You will develop metrics, prepare progress reports, and assist with training, assessments, and improvements. Your leadership will guide the team to execute successful document and records management services. Major Responsibilities: Leads a small document, records & information management (DRIM) team Manages the document and records management team to include analyze, recommend, map and implement information and documentation work processes and data flows through full turnover to client Develops metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of processes Prepares monthly progress reports for functional management Establishes procedures and work instructions for document development, distribution and retention Monitors work of support and/or professional personnel Education and Experience Requirements: Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9 -12 years of relevant work experience. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to understand our clients' requirements, take on board established procedures and aptitude to take on new skills quickly will be essential Can do attitude, flexible, able to follow a work process to the letter. Ability to delegate work appropriately to manage workload Sophisticated written and oral communication skills Must possess and demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team environment. Willingness to get involved with overall project document management activities where required. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Candidate must be experienced in working with a multilingual workforce from diverse geographical locations and regions.
