To learn more about Rehmann, visit: We are currently seeking an IT Consultant (Virtual Chief Information Officer) to join our Rehmann Technology Solutions team. You will combine deep technical expertise with business acumen to design a technology strategy, roadmap, and budget supporting the needs of assigned clients. As an individual contributor, the VCIO works collaboratively with professional services, managed solutions, and sales to achieve desired outcomes for the client. How You'll Make an Impact: Service Delivery: Led by example to ensure that the highest standards of service are acted upon to achieve desirable outcomes for the client. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members - including sales, engineering, and operations - to leverage industry knowledge and emerging trends in ways that allow us to gain internal efficiencies and excellence in service delivery to clients. Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand trusted advisory relationships with assigned clients. Initiate regular and frequent strategic meetings with clients to ensure consistent communication and satisfaction. Update and inform the team as client needs evolve. Provide support to maintain and grow the client base as needed or requested. Advocacy: Identify business drivers, including the strategic, operational, and financial goals of the organizations served. Strategize the solutions needed and cast a strategic vision that establishes a roadmap, budget, and technical alignment. Advocate for solutions that act in the best interest of clients while improving service outcomes that are mutually beneficial. Additional Responsibilities: Upholds unquestionably sound ethics. Works well in a team environment. Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills. Empathy and ability to provide relevant answers suitable for clients/customers at different stages of service processes. Manages multiple priorities and deadlines through disciplined approaches and clear communication. The ability to locate, track, organize, and summarize information. Adaptable. Able and willing to coach and train others. The ability to build relationships; to ask questions that elicit responses and engage the other in discussion; the ability to introduce and describe relevance at the onset of the engagement and provide summaries to reinforce the message. Your Desired Skills, Experiences and Values: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: 7+ years of direct experience within the IT industry managing projects on time and budget. 2-5 years' experience knowledge of current technologies, best practices, and systems preferred. Licenses/Certifications: Certifications in ITIL, CRISC, CISSP preferred. Advanced user skills in mainline productivity applications. Experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure Technologies. Technical background supporting various systems and infrastructure. Understands cybersecurity best practices and can articulate high-level concepts. Ability to articulate visionary and strategic concepts clearly based on the audience. Ability to research solutions and provide accurate client recommendations. Familiarity with current IT best practices, trends, and emerging technologies. Proven ability to direct, support, evaluate, engage, and motivate teams. The ability to flexibly shift gears and implement new topics and processes quickly to address emerging informational needs. We Put People First in all that we do.
