We are seeking a Grain Operations Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and product quality control of grain operations in our designated region. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Manage grain receiving and shipping operations Maintain facilities and product quality Oversee facility work schedules and capital improvement projects Recruit and develop employees to meet company values Travel to multiple sites within the region as needed About You Minimum associate degree or high school/GED equivalent with relevant experience Strong technical knowledge and hands-on skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Rewards & Benefits Competitive salary, 401 K matching, healthcare, and career development opportunities.
