Talent Acquisition Coordinator Overview: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide professional support to both internal and external customers across all levels. This position will handle a variety of activities with particular focus on candidate & internal stakeholder experience, recruitment efforts, ATS system administration, and scheduling & planning. Essential or Primary / Key Responsibilities: Support Talent Acquisition activities: Support the overall TA function Support the candidate experience from inception to onboarding Support Applicant Tracking System administration throughout the process Work with internal and external stakeholders to assist and coordinate recruitment events; Career Fairs, Open houses, recruitment related events, etc. Support scheduling (interviews) with all levels of stake holders ensuring candidate engagement throughout the recruitment life-cycle via (phone, video, in-person, etc.) Document, track, and maintain applicant records and status of engagements in the applicant tracking system Schedule, track, document related TA activities in the ATS or other tools Provide candidates with status updates if/when needed Coordination & administration of needed testing as required Performs administrative functions and special projects as assigned Ensures compliance to policies, procedures and guidelines Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelor or Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience Minimum 3 years related experience managing related Talent Acquisition functions or HR Generalist functions Experience with various HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, etc. At a minimum, intermediate-level PC skills to include Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web-hosted/online meeting platforms; Webex, Teams, etc.Visio a plus Previous experience with internal/external stakeholders coordinating internal/external recruitment events; Career Fairs, Open houses, recruitment related events, etc. to assist and coordinate recruitment events; Career Fairs, Open houses, recruitment related events, etc. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees within the organization Strong organizational skills, highly accurate and detail oriented Ability to use sound judgment in the handling of confidential material and information Ability to be proactive, take initiative and complete projects on-time Ability to handle changing priorities Excellent communication skills, verbal and written People person, positive attitude Must be a team player Must be able to thrive in a collaborative environment Must be a US Citizen Additional Desired Qualifications: Previous experience in recruitment managing recruitment processes preferred Experience in an Aerospace/Defense or Technical industry a plus Experience with Paycor/Newton ATS is a plus Physical Requirements: Limited local travel (5%) This position supports both our Montville and Parsippany NJ office locations.
