**Required Education/Experience** + Bachelor's Degree and four years' full time relevant work experience. **Relevant Work Experience** + Four years of experience and proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Required + Experienced in using utility focused software applications for creating engineering designs, facility maps and recording field inspections. Required + Experience in leading and facilitating workshops and meetings. Required + Experienced in Project Management such as work planning, status reporting, issue/risk management. Required + Experience in GIS technology, with a focus on the gas, pipeline, or utilities industry business functions. Required + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Required + Prior experience with change management efforts or projects. Preferred + Knowledge of natural gas distribution design, mapping and operating procedures. Preferred + Experienced working with consultants/vendors to manage deliverables. Preferred **Skills And Abilities** + Effective leadership skills + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Effective interpersonal skills **Licenses And Certfications** + Driver's License Required + Other: Project Management courses Preferred + Other: GIS Professional (GISP) Preferred **Physical Demands** + Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday + Ability to read small print and symbols **Additional Physical Demands** + Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers. + Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
