Product Liability and Class Action Litigation Associate

Our client's Bloomfield Hills office seeks a talented and motivated associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their esteemed Product Liability & Class Action Litigation practice group. Candidates with defense experience in catastrophic injury cases are highly preferred. Experience within the automotive industry and e-discovery is a plus. Responsibilities: Motion practice, discovery, and brief writing Preparing company witnesses for depositions Taking and defending depositions Attending court appearances Client interaction Trial preparation and trial participation Ideal candidates will possess significant experience in all aspects of case management, including fact investigation and discovery. Strong written communication and oral advocacy skills are essential. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Admission to practice law in Michigan is required. Salary: $155,000 to $175,000
