Overview: Job Description We are looking for someone with a background in Meeting and Conference Audio Visual production to serve in the role of Audio-Visual Tech. This role supports the property with the execution of Audio-Visual experiences. The duties include setting-up and breaking down events, problem solving technical difficulties and being hands on during the actual event. This position will execute technical and digital enhancements to live & virtual experiences including but not limited to music, animations, video recording / editing & other pre/postproduction elements as necessary. This position also has responsibility for the timely and accurate set-up of all conference meetings and private functions. Your role: You will have in depth knowledge and understanding of audio-visual equipment and setup, including general use of laptops, projectors, microphones, and display monitors. You will consult, innovate & collaborate on creative aspects with the World of Whirlpool team on virtual experiences, including in-person meetings. You will assist with the creation of any digital assets necessary for virtual experiences or in person meetings, including but not limited to titles, graphics, music, sound design, etc. You will oversee technical aspects of virtual experiences, including but not limited to being a camera operator, Zoom host, director, editing and mixing any pre-recorded content. You will be the Master of Information about the facilities, knowledge of the names, locations, capacities, room set-up styles, capabilities and interaction of all conference rooms and private function areas. Qualifications: 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience within the area detailed above. Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects & Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut, Avid, etc. Able to lift 50 lbs. to a maximum height of 60 inches on a regular basis. Able to work variable hours including weekends and holidays. Strong attention to detail. Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $21.75/Hr. - $21.75/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
