The Associate Director for Communications serves three core functions:Client Services (33%): Nurture client relationships and engagement from start to finish. This includes remote (90%) and on-site (10%) meetings. The Associate Director has excellent email writing, with responsiveness across global time zones.Team Management (33%): Lead a team of up to 10 communications professionals, providing feedback to enable growth and oversight to strengthen the firms creative differentiation. This includes identifying staffing capacity, participating in performance assessments and elevating key employee munications Strategy (33%): Drive strategy for primarily owned communications by applying a visual storytelling approach within solutions. This includes effectively conveying recommended solutions to clients, constructively incorporating client feedback and ultimately materializing deliverables.Qualifications:5-7 years of prior experience in client services roles within the communications industry3-5 years of prior experience managing small teamsTrack record of successful communications campaigns across owned and digital platforms including LinkedInDemonstrated ability to independently spearhead complex projects and provide constructive feedback to team membersReputation for maintaining an eye for detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelors or Masters Degree in Communications, Literature, Marketing or related disciplinePrevious experience in corporate communications a plusAchievement of or interest in achieving an advanced degree, such as an MBA, is a plusBenefits & Compensation:Compensation is comprised of base salary, 401(k) profit share and bonus eligibilityBase salary range is $110,000 to $135,000Total eligible compensation range is $132,000 to $165,000Unlimited PTOPaid family leaveHealthcare and dental insurance recblid twtgo9mct8r1ut1h3kaux61rmfemuz
