Position Summary Responsible for Conco's treasury and general accounting functions. They should be familiar with payments, audits, invoices, and managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Bank Relationships: Manage and update bank authorized signatories list and documents, including KYC's. Cash Management: Manage and execute treasury operations, including wire transfers, payments, and bank reconciliations. Cash Forecasting: Prepare reasonable forecasts of weekly cash flow reports based on treasury activities, financial metrics, and more. Payroll: Manage payroll staff to ensure all compensation, including incentive compensation, is paid timely. Taxes: Work with external consultants prepare corporate documents to meet federal and state taxing authority requirements, including income taxes, sales & use taxes and other reports as required. Collaboration: Working with all departments of the company, specifically accounting and finance, and participate in the execution of the external financial statement audit. Process improvement: Resolving workflow inefficiencies that arise when technical systems don't communicate well. Personnel: Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and training of personnel to carry out financial management functions. Attributes Computer proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing software, and sophisticated financial analysis software Oral Comprehension & Expression - The ability to communicate, listen and understand information and direction through spoken words and sentences. Speech Clarity - The ability to speak clearly so others can understand. Reasoning - The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction and the ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations. Skills Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and their application within the company. Critically review the accounting records for accuracy and completeness prior to sharing information with company management. Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance of department team members. Qualifications Experience & Education •Must be authorized to work within the United States. •Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
