Infrastructure Systems Engineer Office Location: Jersey City, NJ About the Team & Role: In alignment with Futu's mission, we are actively seeking a talented Infrastructure System Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing office networking environments, including firewall and network infrastructure, as well as overseeing virtual Desktop environments and various security tools. Your contributions will extend beyond system management as you will also play a key role in providing IT support and driving important IT initiatives. This position presents a valuable opportunity to make a substantial impact on our technological infrastructure and support the advancement of Futu's overarching goals. This role must be based at the office locations specified in the job description, in line with our in-office work philosophy. Remote work is not available for this position. For more details about our in-office approach and expectations, please reach out to the recruiter. What You'll Do: Administer, monitor and manage firewall and network infrastructure. Administer, support and manage virtual desktop environments. Administer, monitor and manage various security tools. Partner with information security officer to remediate any security gaps of services, systems, and network. Support end users nationally via remote management and support tools. Proactively manage support requests via IT Help Desk platform. Support Microsoft 365/Teams and Active directory in the cloud. Deploy, secure and manage all Windows, and Apple endpoints, and Citrix virtual desktops. Define and maintain standards, policies, and procedures governing the Systems environment. Participate in the improvement of integration processes and information technology standards across the organization. Perform Microsoft 365 administrator role, set up rules, and support email security. Administer MFA/SSO M365 integrations and post-migration support for newly-onboarded business units. Overall technical ownership of all office based and Cloud systems and related technologies: Work cross-functionally with peers and business partners to ensure that all systems are engineered, deployed, and configured according to business requirements and industry best-practices to ensure maximum efficiency, availability, security and productivity. Work closely with external sourcing partners to ensure that all support standards and SLAs are met or exceeded. Design, build and maintain operational KPIs and other supporting artifacts to ensure a standard of operational excellence. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction or supervision. Provides areas for improvement and has direct influence on training/validating new processes. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. Relevant professional certifications beneficial: Fortinet, Cisco Data Center, AWS and others. Experience in managing Fortinet and Cisco Computing Solutions. Solid understanding of IT Networking and related services. Experience in TCP/IP services and solutions. Experience in managing a Citrix VDI environment. Experience in supporting Microsoft O365 (Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) Experience in Windows Operating Systems and related Microsoft applications, tools and services such as Active Directory, NTFS, Radius, Group Policy & Data Protection, Intune and Autopilot. Experience with ADFS, SSO, Certificates and related functions. Experience planning and supporting AWS environments is a plus. Proven thought leadership skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management; both technical and non-technical. Excellent project management and planning skills. Good organizational, time-management, and supervisory skills. Excellent documentation skills. Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps processes and principals. Strong adherence to Change Management and commitment to customer satisfaction. Exceptional communication skills Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. The expected salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 . This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
