Project Manager - Highways andor Bridges Advantage Engineering Associates, PC is seeking a Project Manager - Highways andor Bridges, to join our Transportation Group. The primary duties of the Senior PM or PM include serving in a technical role as a Project Manager on the engineering development of highway and bridge projects. The candidate should have experience in highway or bridge design, intersection design, interstateinterchange design, traffic management, and preparation of concept design plans, geometric layouts, or CAD-based plans. Experience should may include concept development, preliminary design, final design, andor providing construction support services. Experience working with agencies like NJDOT, NJTA, and PANYNJ is preferred. ResponsibilitiesOversee and direct all team members required to effectively complete assignments.Lead and contribute to major projects or manage multiple moderately complex projects.Demonstrate the ability to coordinate various disciplines across projects.Be proficient in managing project scopes, budgets, and cost estimates.Possess proven marketing skills. Qualifications:10+ plus years of experience in the design and management of highwaybridge projects for DOT, counties, and local municipalities Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field requiredNew Jersey Professional Engineer license requiredProficient in MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads, and Microsoft Office 365 SuiteProject management experience requiredClient coordination and contact experience neededExperience with NJDOT, NJTA, or PANYNJ preferredStrong communications and technical writing skills If you are a highly motivated self-starter, we can offer you the challenge, responsibility and compensation you deserve.
