Our firm is looking for an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, demonstrating commitment to client advocacy and achieving successful outcomes. This role involves managing cases from initial client intake through settlement or trial, with a focus on providing exceptional client service and legal expertise.Key Responsibilities:Handle a caseload of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and premises liability.Conduct client intake meetings to understand case details, explain legal processes, and set realistic expectations.Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents as needed.Conduct depositions, participate in mediation, and represent clients at court hearings and trials.Collaborate with a team of paralegals, investigators, and medical experts to build strong cases.Qualifications:Active license to practice law in Georgia and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.6+ years of experience in personal injury law.Strong negotiation skills and trial experience are preferred.Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to client service.Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines effectively.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based prehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Generous paid time off and paid holidays.Professional development opportunities, including CLE reimbursements.
