Life Sciences Patent Agent (CA, CO, DC, GA, IL, NC)

Kilpatrick is seeking a USPTO registered Patent Agent in the Life Sciences. The ideal candidate would reside in CA, CO, DC, GA, IL, or NC and be available for in-office, remote, or hybrid work schedules. Applicants should have strong writing skills and relevant experience in Life Sciences patent prosecution is preferred. Candidates must have an advanced degree or commensurate experience; expertise in molecular biology is an asset. Applicants should have at least 3 years of direct patent prosecution experience. Candidates must be detail-oriented and possess strong written and verbal skills. Proficiency in technical writing is a plus. Transcripts and writing samples will be requested. Expected salary range is $135,000-$225,000.
