About the job nOps is an all-in AWS Advanced Technology Partner and automated FinOps platform helping customers reduce their AWS costs on auto-pilot. We are seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to partner with our sales and customer success teams. The right candidate is someone who has broad and deep AWS expertise and a proven ability to establish themselves as a trusted advisor to existing and potential customers. You're passionate about AWS and love working backwards with our customers to drive their business forward. As a Customer Solutions , you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative cloud solutions with a strong focus on FinOps and AWS cost optimization. Leveraging your extensive experience on AWS, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement scalable, cost-efficient, and high-performance AWS solutions to optimize customer's AWS cost. You will be responsible for understanding clients' business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and overseeing the successful deployment of nOps solutions while ensuring adherence to AWS best practices and FinOps principles. Responsibilities : Be a technical resource during the pre-sales process to understand and develop solutions on nOps to address customer business needs. Work closely with clients to understand their cloud infrastructure needs and provide expert guidance on AWS solutions, services, and FinOps best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to define technical requirements, create solution designs, and estimate project timelines and resource requirements, with a strong emphasis on cost management. Design and implement solutions leveraging nOps API. Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' existing AWS architectures, identifying areas for cost optimization. Stay up to date with the latest AWS services, FinOps frameworks, trends, and best practices, and provide thought leadership within the organization and to clients. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical and cost issues related to AWS infrastructure and services. Qualifications : Experience with highly-available, fault-tolerant architectures on AWS Previous experience in pre-sales or equivalent company-internal strategic roadmap influence AWS DevOps Pro, Specialty Certifications Ability to assess and align business and technical strategy with customer needs Excellent oral and written communication skills Superb presentation & leadership skills, ability to tailor conversations to technical SMEs through executive leadership audiences Ability to travel
