To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, an asset management firm located in Midtown East, is seeking a TTP Receptionist/Personal Assistant for their office. This role will be 5 days in office with working hours being from 8:30am-5:30pm. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand upon their personal assistant skills in a tight knit administrative team. Responsibilities: Research and arrange hotel and transportation options for personal and family travel. Maintain and update all calendars, including personal engagements. Schedule various appointments, such as medical visits and dinner reservations. Complete and submit necessary documents, including waivers and travel forms. Assist with wire transfers and banking transactions. Support miscellaneous tasks, including catering for family events and managing invitations. Stocking the kitchen/pantry with supplies and snacks as needed Technology help around the office as requested Ad hoc tasks as needed Qualifications: 3+ years of personal assistant experience Knowledge of Outlook and Zoom Smart, outgoing, professional, intuitive No task too big/small mentality NY-Temp_ To Apply for this Job Click Here
