Learning and Development: Undergo comprehensive training to gain an in-depth understanding of store operations, sales strategies, and inventory management. Learn about the company's culture and values while acquiring leadership skills to lead a successful team. 2. Customer Service Excellence: Embrace our culture of exceptional customer service, observing and participating in customer interactions to understand their needs and expectations. 3. Team Leadership: Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to learn how to effectively lead and motivate a team of hardware enthusiasts. Store Operations Management: Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, from inventory management to visual merchandising, to create a well-organized and appealing sales floor. 5.
