Our Pacific Southwest Market is seeking a Partner Sales Associate or Senior Associate. In this role, supported by leadership, you will manage a key technology partner relationship and oversee day-to-day Go-to-Market activities and joint sales strategies. Your focus will be on building Slalom's project pipeline and driving revenue. Success in this role will come from fostering sales through relationship-building and influencing Slalom teams and mutual clients with a strong "customer success" approach. What You'll Do Create, qualify and drive early-stage sales opportunities across new and existing clients. Attain revenue and sales goals through collaboration between Slalom, clients and partners. Provide input into Salesforce conference and event strategy, including demand generation, networking events and executive meetings. Serve as liaison between Slalom and partner Sales Executives. Collaborate with internal Slalom leaders on partner sales strategy. Strengthen existing partnerships and cultivate new ones within the partner ecosystem. Leverage Slalom Sales platforms to support pipeline reporting and partner deal registration. Leverage Slalom reporting platforms to manage and consolidate information needed by account teams. Help educate Slalom account teams on partner capabilities, emerging products and programs. Communicate to partner sellers on when/how to identify opportunities for Slalom and how to position Slalom with their clients. What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, or partner sales Salesforce or AWS solution knowledge preferred. A strong passion for sales and technology (cloud, CRM, data & analytics, etc.) Experience in sales, pipeline development, Go-To-Market strategies and management skills with attention to detail Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels Able to partner with clients to understand their business needs and recommend solutions that add measurable value and outcomes to their business Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to persuasively articulate Slalom's value as a partner About Us Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for the Associate level is $74,000 to $102,000. For the Senior Associate level the base salary pay range is $96,000 to $132,000. The targeted base salary range is $80,000 to $105,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
