Overview We are seeking an Insurance Defense Trial Attorney to join our team in Westchester (Harrison) NY. The ideal candidate will handle a high-volume caseload from discovery through trial for State Farm Insurance Companies. This is a hybrid role with both office-based and virtual work arrangements. Responsibilities Handle high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial procedures Research, written, and oral advocacy skills Manage a busy time-sensitive caseload Work in a hybrid role with both office-based and virtual work arrangements Qualifications Law degree from ABA accredited law school Active license to practice law in New York 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation/trial experience Experience in a paperless environment and directing support staff Strong automation/technological skills Potential salary range: $125,625.00-$160,000.00 Potential yearly incentive pay up to 16% of base salary Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor applicants for US work authorization Office Location: 500 Mamaroneck Avenue, Harrison, NY 10528
