Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring for Assembly Technicians for our client located in Napoleon, Ohio! Pay rate: 1st shift: $17.00/hour 2nd & 3rd shift: $17.30/hour Shifts Available: 1st shift: 7 AM- 3 PM 2nd shift: 4 PM- 12 AM 3rd shift: 10 PM- 6 AM Shift times may vary depending on line assignment Location: Napoleon, Ohio Responsibilities: Conducts repetitive line operations to assemble axles. Performs specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Team Leader. Must have good team work skills Maintain equipment and work areas Advocates safety practices to the rest of the production staff Ensures that the supervisor/team leader is made aware of all machine/equipment malfunctions maintenance or safety issues Ensures that any equipment or tool malfunction is immediately reported Checks finished product for problems or faults and isolate any damaged or inconsistent item immediately Requirements: Production and/or manufacturing experience is preferred Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to pass Background check, Drug Test & Pre- Employment verifications.
