We are currently seeking a team oriented individual with loan administration skills , to join our team The Commercial Loan Admin Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to commercial and consumer lenders throughout the loan application, underwriting, approval, and portfolio management processes. The role involves processing financial data, risk assessments, and communication with loan officers, customers, and third-party service providers. It requires maintaining accurate financial tracking, ensuring compliance, and assisting in various loan-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: Support commercial lenders with clerical tasks and administrative duties. Process and submit risk assessments (OFAC, CIP, CDD, Risk Rating) within 24 hours. Handle construction draw requests and distribute reports on loan production and notes. Maintain financial data in the tracking system, ensuring accurate reporting. Communicate with customers and vendors for required loan information. Assist in ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations. Perform general receptionist duties as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred. 1-2 years of banking experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and banking systems. Basic understanding of loan documentation and servicing is helpful. Strong communication skills, basic math, and problem-solving abilities.
