Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status, including psychiatric symptoms, behavioral patterns, and risk factors. Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and stability. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate care and support patients' overall well-being. Advocate for patients' rights, facilitate psychoeducation for patients and their families, and promote a supportive and therapeutic environment conducive to healing and recovery. Required Qualifications Current RN license BLS (other certifications as required by facility) 2 years of recent Behavioral Health experience. Strong communication and adaptability skills.
