We are seeking talented Software Engineers who are passionate about AI and robotics and eager to learn and grow with us.Job DescriptionAs a Software Engineer in Algorithm Development for Autonomous Robots, you will work closely with our robotics and AI teams to develop and implement algorithms that enable advanced autonomy for our robots. You will gain hands-on experience in developing, testing, and optimizing manipulation and locomotion algorithms. ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and optimize manipulation algorithms for bimanual controls, enabling functions such as picking and placing, carrying objects, and complex dual-arm tasks (e.g. opening doors, operating appliances).Develop, test, and optimize algorithms for robot locomotion and autonomous tegrate algorithms into real-world robotic platforms.Assist in data collection and analysis to enhance robot performance and reliability.Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in robotic algorithms and implement these techniques where applicable.Document your work thoroughly and communicate progress with team members and stakeholders.QualificationsMS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or related fields.Strong foundation in kinematic and locomotion algorithms for autonomous systems.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar.Experience with VR application development is a plus.Experience with robotic software frameworks (e.g. ROS) is a plus.Strong learning abilities with a self-motivated approach of tackling complex problems.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment.What We OfferCompetitive compensations (base salary and stocks) and employee benefits.Exposure to cutting-edge AI and robotics technologies.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Mentorship from industry experts in AI and robotics.To ApplyPlease submit your resume to
