Associate Attorney, Patent - Data Science

Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP (Calfee), a full-service corporate law firm with offices in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Washington, D.C. is seeking two Associate Attorneys, Patent - Data Science for its Cleveland office. This position will work under the supervision of experienced associate attorneys on legal duties related to patents in the field of Data Science. Duties include: prepare and draft patent applications; perform patent searches and draft search reports; perform preparation for patent litigation: drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, memos, discovery requests, and responses; aid in deposition and oral argument preparation; and research and perform other general intellectual property related matters.
