Director of Asset Management

âš¡ Role: Director of Asset Management🌎 Location: Houston, US🔋 Cleantech (solar, wind, BESS)💸 $175K - $200K Storm4 is partnered with a market leading IPP that has utility scale solar, wind and BESS assets. They are looking to add to their team with a Director of Asset Management to lead the asset management for assets primarily in CAISO. Responsibilities:Manage projects that are in late stage development and operational renewable energy assets, providing commercial and financial oversight. Develops market knowledge to enhance asset performance over time. Oversee the P&L of operating assets and develop plans to reach financial and performance objectives. Oversee commercial activities by giving support to commercial deals including Power Purchase Agreements and Renewable Energy Credit sales. Ensure that commercial and governmental obligations are met within agreementsRequirements:5 years of direct asset management experience for solar, wind or BESS projects at late stage construction and operation. Bachelors degree in finance, engineering or a related field. Proven experience managing junior asset managers, plus the ability to lead and develop individuals in a team.
