Order Management Specialist

Akkodis is seeking an Order Management Specialist for a full-time position supporting our client in Boothwyn, PA. In this role, you would be responsible for order processing, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of products.Hourly pay: $18.00 to $20.00 W2 per hour based upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.Seeking local candidates as this is a fully onsite role. No C2C or third-party vendor candidates.Responsibilities include:Entering order information into SAP (order and customer management system).Processing new orders and updating existing orders in SAP, providing ETS dates and order confirmation or acknowledge of PO receipt within 48 hours.Working with the purchasing department, in conjunction with using various functions in SAP, to determine product specific lead times.Providing order confirmations to customers and communicating the estimated ship date.Issuing Proforma Invoices for customers.Verifying product stock and providing lead times.Cross referencing part numbers to ensure accuracy of customer purchase orders.Confirming correct pricing on customer purchase orders.Providing general administrative support to management municating with Sales Organization to ensure customer satisfaction.Required skills and experience includes:Associate degree desired but not required.2-5 years of experience desired.Excellent PC skills, including MS Office.Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and analytical skills.Detail oriented and ability to multitask.Spanish speaking desired but not required.SAP experience preferred.Ability to organize, manage and control various tasks.Ability and willingness to work with minimal supervision.Candidates must be detail oriented with strong communication skills.
