Proposal and Pricing Analyst**W2 contract** ONSITE out of Ridgefield Park, NJ ** Interested in working for one of the top tech companies in the world? Are you also a sports fan? If so, this is the job for you. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Proposal & Pricing Manager to join our Sports and Entertainment Division at our client. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire RFP (Request for Proposal) process for large stadium LED construction, from initial inquiry to final submission. You will also develop and maintain our pricing and cost models. You will also be central to the creation and maintenance of compelling and informative pitchbooks to win new business.Responsibilities:• Manage the RFP process from start to finish, including:• Responding to inquiries and qualification requests• Developing and tailoring proposals to meet specific client needs and RFP requirements• Coordinating with internal teams (technical, sales, legal) to ensure all proposal elements are complete and accurate• Meeting deadlines and adhering to budget constraints• Develop, maintain, and update pricing models to ensure profitability and competitiveness• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to create effective pitchbooks that showcase our company's value proposition and expertise• Manage RFP templates and ensure all proposals adhere to company branding and formatting guidelinesQualifications:• Bachelor's degree• Ideally, experience in proposal management, pricing, or a related field• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Proven experience in developing and managing RFP responses• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Proficiency in Adobe Suite andor Salesforce CPQ a bonus!
