Construction Manager

Job Title: Construction ManagerLocation: GADuration: Estimated 3-4 monthsPay Range: Depends on experience; OT after 40 hours SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Attend the contractor kickoff meetingsAttend the weekly project meetings, via Teams appBe able to read and follow the engineering plansspecs (for all disciplines) to ensure contractor work is per approved drawingsCoordinate among different contractors (civil, building, mechanical, and electrical) for planned work. This is a critical activity to ensure the construction can be done in 7 months.Present onsite when contractors are working.Prepare the daily progress report and issue to stakeholdersSchedule inspections (internal and external)Review contractor invoicesEnsure contractors are following their own safety plan, per OSHAReport any safety violationsincidentsaccidents per rules.Prepare the construction drawing redlines.EXPERIENCE PREFERRED10 years Construction Management experience.Excellent communication skills are a must.
