We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join the Foreign Exchange and Rates (FICGBTO) team, focusing on Front Office e-trading and trade capture for financial products including Emerging Markets, Cash Rates, Fixed Income, Credit, and Derivatives. This role involves collaborating closely with traders, sales teams, and business analysts, offering support and troubleshooting for trading and risk management technologies.Key Responsibilities:Support and resolve functional and technical issues related to financial trading systems, working in a multi-regional municate and manage incidents with traders, sales, and operations staff.Collaborate with global teams (in Paris, New York, Montreal, London, and Asia) on release management and application support.Document system requirements, support processes, and provide functional and technical expertise for quality solutions.Ensure timely issue resolution and efficient communication with stakeholders.Skills & Experience:Strong understanding of Risk Calculation, Derivatives Pricing, and financial regulations (e.g., Dodd-Frank, FINRA).Experience with Fixed Income products and financial trading systems.Strong problem-solving, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.Proficient in SQL, databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase), and familiar with WindowsUnix environments.Experience with Middleware tools (e.g., Tibco, FIX) and Agile development (Jira, GIT).Previous experience supporting traders and sales in a financial institution.Desired:Knowledge of Interest Rate Derivatives and advanced trading techniques.Technical skills in scheduling tools (Autosys, Crontab), networking, and financial services.BS in Computer Science (or equivalent); Finance degree and ITIL certification are a plus.The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels, ensuring effective support and problem resolution in a fast-paced environment.
