The Remote Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing assistance to individual consumers and families applying for health care coverage through the Marketplace. The role involves answering inquiries, tracking and documenting all interactions, and facilitating translation services for non-English speaking callers. This is a full-time, limited-service position with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k, as well as paid time off and holidays. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, strong data entry and telephone skills, and previous experience in customer service and call center. Technical requirements include a personal PC with Windows 10 or higher, home internet with specific speed requirements, and other hardware requirements. The hourly base pay for this position is $18.00.
