Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to become a part of our sales team in downtown Greenville, SC! You will evaluate and authorize approval of real estate and commercial loans for a premier capital lending company. You MUST have at least a year of Mortgage Experience as a loan officer. Residential Loan Officer Experience is also preferred. 4 year degree is required or equivalent experience. Must have some knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Salesforce experience is a plus. This is NOT a remote role. You will be in office in Downtown Greenville, SC Monday-Friday.
